CivicCaseHub is provided exclusively for use by Canadian constituency offices.
Constituency offices are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
All constituent data entered into CivicCaseHub remains the property of the constituency office.
CivicCaseHub aims to provide continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice.
CivicCaseHub is provided "as is".
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
